15-8-2009 - My FELONS!!!

My mood while writing this blog: Happy, and Angry...

Get this... I find out THROUGH other employees, of all things, that my husband AND son (who's recently betrayed me in the worst possible way) were arrested - FOR FELONY CHARGES!!!

At work, there are a few manager4s who check the local jail for daily incarcerations, so that if any employee calls in with the excuse that they can't come to work cuz they got arrested, the managers already know if they're being truthful. Well, in doing their morning check, on August 12th, they came across my husband & son!! Apparently, everyone thought that I already knew - Nope! I'd had it out with my son the week before, called the police & all, and made it CLEAR that as long as he was going to continue hanging out with my husband, smoking CRACK, that he was NO LONGER to be involved with this household. So, finally, around 10:30 that morning, one of the guys figured he'd come over to get the details from me, and began the conversation with "So, did you have a rough night, last night, or what??" I looked at him, like "Huh??" He thought I knew - turns out everyone at work knew EXCEPT for me!! So, I called down to the jail and found out that they'd both been arrested for Burglary (one got day-time entering, the other night-time, so I'm confused about that??) they both also got "conspiracy to commit a felony", and my husband got a 3rd Offense DUI/driving on a revoked license. Needless to say, I was THRILLED because if this doesn't help my case, I don't know what will!! I mean, come on ... Does a man who's SO-OOO concerned about getting visitation with his son, do THESE THINGS?? Not to mention, my in-laws are suing me for slander & defamation of character, for giving a local store a paper with pics of my husband and people that he'd most likely be seen with (them, before I found out he was driving again) anyway, this just PROVES that I was telling the TRUTH, slander is telling FALSE info, and everything I put in that paper was TRUE!! Anyway, I did that after being embarrassed at a local store - the clerk asked if that was my husband who'd been recently caught shop-lifting there - God, I was so embarrassed! And, I coul swear that I've noticed people watching me at stores...so, I wanted to just clear my name dammit!! Any way, I still don't know who, or what, they burglarized, but I'm PRAYING that the felony charges stick - unlike what happened over the felony domestic battery, the state SCREWED UP and he walked - I felt like a FOOL!

Anyway, I'm still waiting to hear back as to what they will actually be facing as far as sentencing, but my husband DEF. deserves PRISON time (the things he's gotten away with - you'd never believe it!) but, I also would like for my son to pay the consequences BEFORE he ends up the same way! And, especially after that remark he made to me "What? I'm 18 now, so what are you gonna do about it?!?" Ladies, he JUST turned 18 on July 25th - didn't even make it a month before committing a felonous crime!!

I'll post more as I find out... PRAY that this HELPS my case!!!! PLEASE!!
