So I realize that planning a wedding is stressful and I also realize that having a baby is stressful, but both at the same time...I'm ready to jump sometimes. I find myself getting irritated with everyone and able to cry at the drop of a hat, I know it's normal. So on Saturday morning, when I decided that getting up at 6 am, I decided to try Yoga. It was prenatal yoga that was really about stretching, for the rest of the day Saturday I was finally relaxed. The on Sunday I was feeling pains, like bad pains. I think it had to do with being out on Saturday night and not sitting down at all, but I'm hoping it's not the Yoga. I felt relaxed and in control for the first time and I was able to get wedding decisions maid. I think I'm going to start taking regular classes on Sunday mornings, god knows my fiance won't be up before 11 anyways. Well, if anyone else feels stress like I do, take Yoga and remember to breath.
