My mood while writing this blog: scared

We'll, yesterday (Sunday) I had a lot of energy. So, at about 10:30 last night, I decided to clean my shower. We'll. I was scrubbing the tile, and I slipped and fell on straight down on my left knee. It hurt when I did it, but I kept on scrubbing and later went to bed. I woke up in the middle of then night for my potty break and my knee was killing me. I limped over to the restroom and back to bed. Then I realized that was the knee that I fell on.

So, I am laying in bed trying to find a comfortable spot for my knee. My mind was racing. I hope that I didn't seriously hurt my knee. I tore my right acl about 4 years ago doing something very simmilar. I had to undergo surgery and physical therapy. It was the worst. ------So, as I am laying in bed this is all that I am thinking about. Hoping and praying that I didn't tear my acl on my other leg. I don't want to have to go thru another surgery and weeks of physical therapy again.

I decided to go work today. I am going to take some tylenol and hope that it gets better in the next couple of days. If not, then I am going to have to go to the doctor. I feel so stupid for slipping and falling. Ladies..... PLEASE make sure that you have safety strips on the bottom of your showers. I don't want this to happen to you too. The strange thing is that I was cleaning my shower so that I could put down new safety strips and I slipped and fell. Can you say Murphy's Law????

Oh.... I almost forgot to mention, I had my follow up sonogram to my amnio on Friday. The baby is doing just fine. He weighs 13 ounces; so almost a full pound! They re calculated my due to date to be Sept 7th. Which happens to be Labor Day!!! They said that I was 20 weeks and 4 days. Yeah..... I need to take another belly pic soon. My stomach has grown a lot last week. I feel like I stomach popped out in the last 4 days. It is really strange. I looked down at my tummy, it was like... woah.....Where did that come from. lol...

Other than falling, I had an awesome weeked. We had our annual family Crawfish boil on Saturday. It was a great time. We always play Texas Hold'Em Poker. I won two years in a row, but not this year.
