10-7-2009 - Anniversary

My mood while writing this blog: TGIF and happy

First of all TGIF ladies! whoo hoo.......

This Sunday is our wedding anniversary. So, the hubby and I are getting away for a little R & R. We are going to Fredericksburg for the weekend. For those of you who are not familiar, it's a small town about 40 minutes away. They have a ton of shops down main street and there is lots to do there. There are bed and breakfasts on every corner, it's very touristy. So, we plan on going shopping, having a nice dinner and then going to the local horse races! I booked us for a stay at a bed and breakfast. They serve breakfast either in your room or the dining room. I am so looking forward to the trip. My hubby is too. He has been working his tail off at the ranch cutting, bailing and hauling hay all week.

Then on Monday, the hubby and the twins are going to his sisters house for a week long visit. They are taking swimming lessons and have several other activities planned for their week. My niece is going off to college at A&M in the fall, and so this is her last summer at home. So, they begged for us to go up there. Of course, I have to work, so I will be home alone for the week. It might actually be nice to be home for the week. I don't have to worry about dinner, laundry etc for anyone else but me! And, If I feel like eating popcorn for dinner then I will! I am sure that I will be fine alone. I do have family and neighbors near by in case anything happens.

I came home last night to a wonderful surprise from my hubby. He had a beautiful spring floral arrangement waiting for me at home. I looked at it and knew exactly what he meant by it. He had the florist pattern the arrangement to exactly match my bridal boquet! He took pictures to the florist and had them re create it. It was so perfect, even down to the types of flowers and colors that they used! I will have to post a picture of it for you to see. It was so thoughful and creative!

My hubby said that last night my feet were moving a little while I was sleeping. So, I think I might be developing RLS. Restless leg syndrone. YUK>>>>> Of course, I am not for sure, but it sure could be a possibility. Anyone else had this? UHRRR.... I just got over my thyroid doctor mis diagnosing my thyroid and now I might possibly have RLS.

I guess that I should be lucky that there haven't been any real complications. We'll I hope that you ladies have a great weekend. Take care and I'll talk to you soon.
