Hello all,

We'll it is Friday. yeah.... I am so looking forward to this weekend, because I have my first baby shower on Sunday! I am thrilled and excited. While at the same time, hoping for a good turn out. My hostesses didn't put an rsvp on the invitation. So I'm not sure who all is coming. I know for sure that 20 are coming but not sure about the rest.

My hubby wants to come too. He really wants to be involved too. He is a wonderful supportive husband. I caught him just sitting in the baby's room the other day admiring the nursery. I posted pictures on my page. They are under nursery. I think he will be a big help when the baby comes. He had twins before so he should be an old pro at this baby stuff!

I will have to send you an update on how the baby shower went after the weekend. My hostesses decided that they wanted to make it a themed baby shower to make it more fun. I have to admit, when I first heard of it, I was like.... what????? Okay so here goes, it's theme is Mardi Gras... I know.... It's totally wierd. But, they all like to party and drink. So, they have planned to have masks for everyone. Plus the food is totally different from anything that you would imagine they would serve at a baby shower. They are doing a shrimp, sausage boil. Like with potatoes and corn on the cob. Also, shrimp and crab dips. I plan on taking lots of pictures, so I will post some after the shower. Wish me luck!
