The Best Chicken Spaghetti

3-4 chicken breasts boiled w/ salt and spice to your liking - dice chicken and reserve water

1 can cream of mushroom

3/4 - large brick velvetta cheese, diced

1 can rotel tomatoes - regular to spicy - your choice.

1 small package of spaghetti noodles

Boil noodles in water that chicken was boiled in. Dice chicken and place in 2 qt saucepan. Add to chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced velvetta, rotel tomatoes. Stir til melted and mixed. Drain noodles and pour cheese mixture over noodles, stir till mixed, and simmer on lowest heat setting for 20 minutes.

You can add bell peppers, onions - anything extra. I use onion salt as DH doesn't like chucky veggies. This is like having spicy cheese dip with noodles and chicken in it. We like ours spicy. This is a regular recipe for my family. Enjoy!
