30-1-2009 - John\'s update

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

Okay first of all John had his first set of injections a couple of weeks ago, he was supposed to have them at 8 weeks but because i've gone back to work he had them at 9 weeks. He was an absolute trooper although he did shout rather loudly when he had them done. Once he had both injections i picked him up to soothe him and he stopped crying. i then turned round and he caught sight of the doctor and that was it the shouting recommenced lol. he had a bit of a temperature for a couple of days after the shots but he had some baby paracetamol and was absolutely fine.

finally managed to get him weighed yesterday and he is now weighing in at a very respectable 12 pounds 2 ounces so he is gaining weight fine.

Birth Weight - 8 pound 4 ounces

5 days old - 7 pound 8 ounces

11 days old - 7 pound 15 ounces

18 days old - 8 pound 5 ounces

28 days old - 8 pound 11 ounces

10 weeks 6 days - 12 pound 2 ounces
