Well I don't know much about tests like that but it seems logical to just test yourself approximately the same time every day...

I would do it being awake the same amount of hours every day, and on your day off just do it at the same time....are you awake or at work at 9am? I would do it like 9a every day.......

We are trying to conceive and have brought acon ovulation tests. The instructions say to do the test between 10am and 8pm daily (not using the first morning urine) and to do the test at the same time each day.
My question is i work 12 hour night shift 4 days on and 4 days off. So do i do the test the same time each day or do i do the test after being awake for the same amount of hours?
Any help or advice will be greatly appriciated.
