03-8-2009 - Diet Time....again! OkMy mood while writing this blog:

Hello beautiful ladies. One gal in our group (month 3) basically challenged us to loose our baby weight (well, for myself its ALOT more then just baby weight). Today is the day...YAY! I'm determined, and what helps with the determination is knowing I have a great group of girls that are along in this weight loss journey as well.

I have alot to loose, but im going to make myself a reasonable goal, once I hit that goal, then I again will make another, so on, and so on.

  • Im currently at ((gasp)) 207.5...yes thats right 207.5---my scale is over by two pounds but I will only go by what the scale reads.

  • Pre-Baby weight 180

  • Two months prior to pregnancy I was @ 170

  • My short term goal will be 190

O my God I can't believe im actually posting my weight for the world to see...CRAZY...o well maybe this will give me the motivation...and shame =(

I will again post my weight next Monday. Any of you gals that want to join, please do, and blog your journey as well.

Hey Twinklin'! I remember you from the pregnancy side of this website! I was there till the end with you! I had my baby on the 15th--I see you had your's on the 17th. Congrats! My name was preggerpants, but now changed it to angiepants. Good luck with the diet!! You are going to do great!I am seriously on the weight loss bandwagon. I have been working out and dieting since 6 weeks PP (I didn't breastfeed), and I had NO IDEA it would be this hard to lose baby weight! Ugh! I am still not where I want to be, but it is SLOWLY coming off.I only do at-home work outs. I have to work so I don't want to spend more time away from my baby to work out in a gym everyday. I can't wait to see your recipes for Weight Watchers! I will keep in touch!

aahh...i am so glad that you are so positive....was worried about you after reading yuor post about how down you were..i am right behind you...feel free to msg me anytime...i am also starting today.....i am having 1 tablespoon of applecider vinegar every morning..it really works it cuts the fat down real fast and i am eating less..whats your plan of action..
