My mood while writing this blog: Ambiguous |
I find out officially on Tuesday what day they are scheduling my c-section for. I am told it will probably be the 8th but the possibilities are the 1st, 4th, 8th or 11th as my hospital only does scheduled c-sections on Mondays and Thursdays. I feel a lot different lately and I think she may have dropped. At my last appt she was still 'floating' so I guess they will tell me on Tuesday. Other than feeling different what are the signs of them starting to drop? I haven't been sleeping well but I've been sleeping often. If Slade naps during the day I usually take the opportunity to lay down. So many women are getting early labor already and even having their babies, it's making me realise that we're getting really close now. I have been managing to maintain my weight for the past five or six weeks but tonight I felt like pepperoni pizza and blew it completely! Oh well, I'm still a lot lighter than I was with Slade and once this baby has entered the world, I'm going to go on yet another health kick.
I am wondering about breast feeding. I have been told every baby is different so I will be trying to breastfeed but I had so much trouble with Slade and ended up giving up really fast. Did any of you have success with one but not the other child? I don't add blogs very often since this has been a pretty routine pregnancy but I thought I'd update my page.. We still love the name Skylah and at 32 weeks she weighed a healthy 4.8lbs so I am expecting a 7lb baby atleast!
Babydust to the ttc mamas too!!

Wednesday, 3 Feb I'm finally having success with bf'ing with baby #5. I'm so glad I just made the decision to do it. I set small goals at first, like one more week 'til I got past the hump. It's very hard to do when you're constantly told that bf'ing shouldn't hurt. Well it does at first but it gets better I promise. Go for it! You won't be sorry. :-D KBPC3949 -
