I get them sometimes when I've been standing for a long time, especially in heels. They suck! lol

Poor you i have not had one yet, but i used to get the before i was pregnant, really bad so this break is good

I got my first leg cramp this morning!! Well.. nearly. I was laying in bed and i stretched and i felt my calf muscle start to seize so i released the stretch and it went away. I just wanted to makea note of it because everyone has been talking about cramps for ages and i havent had any haha.

December 3rd edit- More cramps! Maybe i need to put some more salt into my diet. Also Australia the movie was awesome!!!!!! They didnt overact the accent or use any of the stupid slang. Note for non-Australians- We dont actually say things like put a shrimp on the barbie or cobber, or blimey. No one sounds like that!! So kudos to the cast and directors and whoever else, great movie :) Oh and i cried like a little girl hehe
