24-11-2008 - what to do, what to do? frustratedMy mood while writing this blog:
frustrated

So I moved back into the mountains because of its beauty and because my soul is happy here. But i have encountered nothing but frustration and now I feel trapped because I don;t want to move again before this baby comes.

Since arriving here it has been hard for my partner to obtain any steady work, the financial implication of this are obvious. In order to get ahead I feel that we will have to pick up and start all over again. I have been moving every 2 yrs or less for the last 12yrs.... oh well I do enjoy it somewhat.

Also my Daughter has health issues that cannot be treated in our community. Preliminary visits can be done an hour away (by car) but we have no car, and the transit system between our community and that one are lacking. But the specialist we will have to see is in Vancouver 9hrs driving from here, or a $600 flight not including the cost of accomodations and food. This is impossible on our budget. And how will I be able to do all this travelling as i become more pregnant and then with a newborn. There are to be MRI's dr's visits and surgery ... more than one visit is required, and it will be going on for awhile....

well dinner needs to be made...

I'm sure this is all very overwhelming for you guys right now, but I'm sure you will make the right decision for your family. I know that sometimes it is frustrating to ALWAYS put others in front of what we would like to do. My husband and I would LOVE to stay where we are right now too, but we are going to have to move for our daughter also. Take care and stay positive!
