I have must have the worst headcold ever... any pregnancy safe suggestions for a little relief? It is my sinuses and watery sore eyes that are driving me nuts! sore throught and tight chest come in close second though...

I've had a bad sinus cold for a week and what helped me at night was vicks on my chest and elevating my head.

humidifier I think...and I think you can take sudafed, but your best bet is to go to the doctor and have him/her tell you which medications are ok.
