My mood while writing this blog: Happy/Sad |
My little boy is growing up so fast. It kinda makes me sad. He's almost 8 months (will be on the 9th of this month). He has starting pulling up on things by myself now without any help. I went in his room to get him when he woke up from his nap earlier today and he was standing in his crib! I have to drop in mattress down in the morning so that I don't find him crying on the floor next time haha. He's still working on his crawling. He hasn't quite figured it out all the way yet tho. He'll get to what he wants but if its too far, it could take days lol. He absolutely WILL NOT hold his own bottle!! I don't know what to do! I try so many times to put his hands on his bottle while im feeding him but he'll tighten them up or fling them away. I don't mind holding his bottle for him right now, but when this new baby comes, what am i going to do if i have to feed both at the same time? He should be starting on a sippy cup by then but i've been working with that too and he won't hold that either! Anybody else have a stubborn/spoiled baby? haha. I bought hime some baby mum-mums and those little puff things so he can work on feeding himself. He would hold the mum-mums a little bit but the little tiny puffs, he wouldn't. He pulled his hand away when i tried to show him how to feed himself but he would eat it from my hand if i gave it to him. I don't know what im gonna do with this spoiled child of mine. Any suggestions or tips that anybody has on how to get him to hold his bottle and to start feeding himself his finger foods would be greatly appreciated. I also have a question about his hair and things that maybe i could put in it. His hair is really curly at the front and in the back, its a lot more course than the front. I was wondering if anybody knew of any hair products that i could put in it to soften it up? Well im going to go for now. Bye for now

Wednesday, 6 Jul Lol. Emma was like that. When she was a year old I started just putting the cup in front of her and eventually she got thirsty enough to feed herself! ^_^ Don't know about hair products. We use detangler on Emma's because it's very knotty but it's not curly so dunno if it's the right stuff for you. xx
