Well, a place for me and the baby to live has been on my mind for quite for a while now, been searching on the interenet and found this place near I live now and the rent isn't that bad either. We've booked an appointment to see the house for saturday so fingers crossed it's a nice place and everything to run smoothly... if that will ever happen that is, lol! :] Hows everyone's week been going?

Its true that you have to be careful of contracts when moving into a new place...just today i had to deal with my old landlord who managed to get another $50 from me (which will now bring the total to $1000 that he STOLE from me). Never again i tell you. I know its nice to have ur own space when the baby comes but u will need help as well. Like Pat said if you can manage to stay where u are i think u should consider it a bit more....even if its just to save up a lil extra cash so your not living paycheck to paycheck when the baby comes. Thats what i'm doing :) Take some time and think it over...

Are you having to move from where you are now? I don't really know your story yet lol. I just want to say that althoug getting your own place is awesome to be careful. Really look everything over, look the lease over (have some one that has their own place look it over as well). Remember to add up rent and water and all of that stuff together before you sign anything. You can ask them how much it normaly cost for all that.
Now if you don't have to move out I wouldn't. The baby will be a big part of your life once it is here (I don't want to sound like a mother lol, but it is true). The bills keep adding up if you have to take time off work, and the dippers are alway in need! So if you can hange tight were you are. If you can't stay where you are for what ever reason look into getting a place with a friend to share the bills and what not.
