I did weight watchers and had great success. I made lifetime member on a Friday and found out I was Preggo on Monday!!!! I found that the plan was easy for me to follow because I could eat what I wanted, I just had to watch how much, and when you log EVERYTHING you eat( including the bits off the kids plates and the nibbles while cooking you really can see just what you can cut back on. I lost 35 lbs in15 weeks, and never felt deprived or unmotivated. I also knew I had to weigh in with someone keeping track every week, accountabilty really did make the difference for me. Good luck!

I am doing the same. Nicholas will be a year in 2 months and I am telling myself the same thing! I have 30-40# to lose and am having a real slow go of it so far! I have lost about 10# in 30 days...it just feels SO slow! At this rate it will be Christmas before I am back down to my pre pregnancy weight

Ok, my baby will be a year in 3 weeks and I seriously have NO excuse to have this extra weight on still! I was going to wait until June 1st to begin my weight loss journey but "WHY WAIT?" I am starting NOW!
If anyone has any "tips" or healthy recipes to keep me motivated....... I certainly welcome them!
I want to make this FUN!
I can't wait to start seeing the results and when I start seeing them... you can bet that I will be sharing my joy!!
