20-8-2009 - Midwife appt 31 weeks 3 days

My mood while writing this blog:
in pain

Hey ladies i had a midwife appointment today and she checked my cervix she told me that everything is good its closed but soft...They took i my blood again because im borderline hyper tension.. i hope everything is well im tired of my blood pressure going up and down it was bad today so that was a good thing.. but the problem im having is my sciatica OMG i cant handle it my hips are hurting so bad and the pain is going down my right leg and im having a hard time walking... So today my husband and i joined the gym and im going to start taking water arobics and start going to the jacuzzi its going to be lovely.. also im excited my babyshower is on saturday woohoo finally!! well i hope you ladies have a great night xoxo

as long as it isnt hotter than 101 degrees you can use it for short periods... make sure you get out when you start to feel hot though...

Have fun at your shower and I hope your pain subsides a bit. I have pain at my hips and pelvis but I guess nothing like yours. I can walk and such but it's so annoying.

can we use jacuzzi's ? I was told that was a no no ... But I am also dying form the sciatic pain and my back is really killing me!!
