25-7-2008 - Updated from 1st ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: Scaredf

My gyn called me yesterday and left a message on my phone. She said that she just got the ultrasound report in and that she is not trying to worry me but it is urgent. So that scared me and it was too late to call back cause her office was closed. I called today and she said that my ultrasound showed the sack but no fetal pole. She was worried because we were all excited about the pregnancy. Im not worried at all. I was 5 weeks when i got that ultrasound and i looked it up and the net said that the pole doesnt show until 6 1/2 weeks. She also said that my baby does match the size from my last period but i have PCOS and dont ovulate normal i must have ovulated later. So that is why im a lil scared but i have my faith in God and i feel sooo prego i know that my baby is fine.

My gyn wanted me to go and get blood work and an ultra sound. But i told her since I have an ob dr. appt on monday and ill go to my ob dr. and he will do blood work anyways and send me for an ultrasound. No point in waisting time and money. I need an ob to talk to anyways my gyn is not an ob and it will sound better to me from my ob than from my gyn. My gyn is a good dr but i need a second advice.
