23-10-2009 - 35 week prenatal apt.

My mood while writing this blog: headachey

my 35 week prenatal apt was yesterday. it went well, she said that instead of measuring 2 weeks ahead, i'm only measuring 1 week ahead. the apts will go every week now, so that's cool. and i guess it's okay that my husband wasn't here for it since they went ahead and did the group b strep test. i dont know why they did it, since i'm having a c-section, but whatever. i'll not have to get undressed again there, so that's good.

other than that, i'm feeling okay. i have a headache and i've been getting them every morning for the past week or so, but i think it's allergies. i took some tylenol but it's not helping. i'm thinking i may need to go drink something with caffeine. or lay down on the couch and try to catch a nap.

i feel asleep with the door open last night. :( the screen was shut, but the kitchen door, wide open. lol. oops. it's a good thing no one came in and robbed us. this is a relatively safe neighborhood though. one of the safest in san diego is what i'm told. so that's nice.

and chris comes home today! and he wont be leaving again for quite some time. so that's good.

24 more days i think until Silas is born.

I'm also still trying to figure out if my toenail is going to fall off. i keep stubbing my pinky toe on my left foot. straight on, and the nail bed is purpleish and keeps bleeding. i hope it doesn't fall off, and am trying to keep bandaids on it because i dont want to keep knocking the already damaged nail. but i wouldn't be suprised if it does fall off. : (

and aidan, my very hyper toddler lately is super cute. he runs around screaming, which is funny... although it wont be for long because he has a very high pitched voice. he's very sweet and charming though. he's also quick to get frustrated when things don't go his way. when you ask him for a kiss, he shakes his head and says nonono lol. it's funny, he's trying to be funny... i hope. he's getting so big, and so is his hair. it's turning fro like. idk how you spell that, if it's with a p or a f but whatever. he's got BIG hair. it's comical.

kk i'm going to go lay down now.
