08-10-2008 - Cutting back my work week

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

For the past couple of weeks I have been having the hardest time working 40 hours a week.. I am so tired and my back is killing me sitting at my desk all day.. I get up alot to walk around but still 8-9 hours sitting at a desk is hard.. So last night I was thinking about how to approach my boss about cutting back my hours.. My boss at times can be very understanding and then there are times that you arent sure if you should even bring things up.. But this morning was a good morning and I think leaving early yesterday might of helped that.. Well I asked my boss if I could work Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00a.m - 5:00p.m. and then Tuesday and Thursday 9:00a.m - 2:00p.m. She was happy with that and not only that she cut my Monday, Wednesday and Friday to 9:00a.m. -4:00p.m. I am so happy.. I really think this will help..
