06-1-2009 - Emotional Wreck

My mood while writing this blog:

Well my lawyer just called me back and told me if I didn't have $1537 paid in by the 19th my case would be dismissed (Chapter 13 Bakrupsty-filed 5 years ago to consolidate my bills). Which means all my creditors will come after me again. Filing Chapter 13 was the best decision I've probably ever made and I have taken care of it all the way through September of 2008 when the Trustee's office said I was paid off I quit paying of course...I was soo excited. Well I called them in late November to find out if my closure papers were in the mail and she was like..No, You still owe us this much more money before you are paid off...and I was like ...What, Ya'll said I was already paid off. Well come to find out they had an error on the internet where it never recalculated my payment at the final hearing (initial payment $290 a month..final hearing payment $319 a month) So it made it look like I was all paid off. Their fault. But my lawyer said regardless the case will not extend past 60 months which is this month and it will be dismissed. I don't have $1500....I don't have anyone close to me that has $1500. I'm gonna try to sale my 4-wheeler but I only have 1 person with that kind of money that wants to buy it and I'm waiting on his phone call....I'm praying he will buy it. The dealership told me I should be able to get $3000 out of it...but it has an issue with the carborator so I'm shooting for $2000. If he says $1500, I'm taking it. I haven't even seen my 4-wheeler in a year and I have no where to ride it, I just hated to get rid of it because I know I will never own another one. OMG plz plz plz let him buy my 4-wheeler. It's been in his possession for a long time already anyway I just didn't want to give up my rights to it, LOL. I don't need it though. On top of everything else going on in my life...this is the last thing I needed right now.
