| 05-10-2008 - Passed out! | My mood while writing this blog:so embarrassed |
So I was helping my husband videotape a wedding on Saturday and I hadn't eaten and was standing there for awhile taping the wedding from the back of the ceremony. It was a small outdoor wedding and wasn't even that long of a service. But apparantly I shouldn't stand that long, without eating, while looking through a camera, because I all of a sudden started feeling sick like I was going to throw up, I looked over at Shawn and mouthed "I don't feel good" to him, and he just gave me an "uh oh" look. So I started walking back and forth all dizzy and then everything went black and I went down, right on my butt in the muddy grass...
So embarrassing!!!! But only the people sitting in the back saw me. I was just so worried that I'd cause a scene and not get the video of the rings and kiss that I was supposed to get. But I got up pretty quick, once I could see and hear clearly and the wedding planner girl got me a chair and I got to tape the rest. So it was fine, except for the rest of the wedding people kept coming up to me and asking me if I was ok. It was terrible! My mom checked my blood pressure today and it was low, 106/52, so since it was already low, it must have just dropped suddenly.
I looked online and they said this is common for pregnant women, and most women who've been pregnant will understand and for the rest of them who cares! So that made me feel better. Oh, well, at least I have a funny story to tell my baby when it's older!! You made mommy pass out!!!
