| 07-2-2011 - no period?!? |
My mood while writing this blog: confused |
I am so confused. I left williston on Jan 10, my period had just finished and Bob and I hadnt had sex in 3 weeks, due to him working so hard at work, and being gone all the time. On the 18th of January I had this pain going on in my ovaries and uterus. If I pressed it about made me cry, and it just hurt constantly. I was in pain for 4 days and it was when I was ovulating. I couldnt lay flat on my back because it felt like something was pulling in my ovary area. Finally one night I was laying on my back with my knees almost down and I felt a "spring" or a "snap" and it was an instant relief and I felt fine then. I have no idea what it was, but I jsut ignored it after that. Well now my period was due on the 4th and it still isnt here. I am scared, dont know whats going on. I cant be pregnant because we didnt do it up until 2 weeks ago. I am still going to take a test to rest my mind. I cant have another baby. We dont want another baby, yet alone right now. I really dont think my body can handle another birth either. What are ovarian cysts like?

Monday, 21 Feb You probably just had a cyst burst. They are painful like that (I had, and still continue to have them). What you described sounds just like one bursting. The pain will reside -- but, I'm not so sure why you haven't had a period. Those don't have too much to do with each other (at least from why my own doc's told me). Hang in there! mommyof2in10 -
Saturday, 12 Feb After I had my son I didn't get my period until he was six months old. After that, I got it every other month for probably another 6 months. Prob just your body re-adjusting. If the pain continues, see a dr to rule out ectopic pregnancy though. crazymonkey82 -
Friday, 11 Feb Delayed period could also be caused by the extreme amount of stress you have been under lately. rlag7381 -
Tuesday, 8 Feb Your body is probably just still healing from having your new LO. I tell you you, I know I am older but still, it took me 14 months to start feeling almost 100%. I still have weight to take off too. Anyway, I don't blame you, take a test just to be sure, then relax. That is when it will show up. Always does. lol..... I have no idea what a cyst feels like but my friend says they can cause some discomfort. Here if you need me. :)
