Well I went to the doctor for my glucose test, and I failed. I have to go back on November 20th for the 3 hour test. I have become a nightowl, and was so nervous about fasting during the time I am ususally awake. So I tried to drink as much as I could within the last hour. The doctor said that she wasn't quite sure if me doing that affected my results. I was so hungry by the time I got ready to leave the office. Luckily my friend works there and had a turkey sandwich waiting on me when I got ready to leave. Shockingly I have only gained 8 pounds so far. The doctor said that I was doing fine since the majority of the weight gain will come in the next 3 months. My momma couldn't beleive it. She swears I am as big as a house! Everyone I come in contact with thinks I am atleast 8 months prego. I guess my body used the preprego fat and added 8 more pounds to that? LOL! I have noticed that my vaginal area is really swore. I mean I try to sleep with a pillow between my legs, but that doesn't seem to help. I guess another joy of pregnancy!

Sorry you failed the glucose test. I hear a lot of women do. I haven't even been told the results of my 20 week ultrasound (done 3 weeks ago) or my glucose test (also 3 weeks ago). Either nothing is wrong or my doctor sucks. Wouldn't be surprised if my doc is just an idiot. Good luck on the 3 hr test! I hear it's horrible.
