04-3-2009 - Excited!!! 2nd faint positive!!!

My mood while writing this blog: excited and nervous

So I did what a lot you said and used my first morning urine. I waited and watched it this time and saw another faint pink line after 5 minutes and it says to wait 10 minutes. Still no sign of AF, except for some mild cramping and backache, but the cramping was not as intense and it has stopped. Usually when I start cramping I already have AF. After a little while I went back and saw a second line that was yellowish, next to my faint pink line. This is probably the evaporation line a lot you are talking about. I showed it to my DH and he was like, "what does that mean, twins?" I just started laughing. We have multiples on both sides of the family. I told him what I thought it was. So, if I can hold out I will wait a few more days and use my last cheapy test. But, I keep wanting to run out and get the one that just says pregnant or not pregnant! I also took apart the test as one of you suggest and could clearly see a faint pink line on both the test!!!!

Like I said before, everything is different this month. I was pretty sure I was pregnant and bought the test with DH there. I usually don't do that b/c I don't want to get his hopes up. So, I told him last night that I took the test and showed it to him and he saw it too. DH is anxious and nervous and it took him a long time to come around to finally ttc. Being in the medical field doesn't help either when you know too much it can make you more anxious. He is worried about something bad happening to me or how I would respond if I m/c!

I have tried to take some pictures, but they are so blurry. I guess b/c I have to get so close since the line is faint. Have any of you had the lower back pain and mild crampy feeling and do ok?

Thanks for all the support here! DH wants to wait for a while before we tell anyone if all goes well and the lines get darker. But I am dying to tell my mom, sisters and best friend! I will keep you posted :-)
