ok so i dont know if anyone had read on my profile but i have a lap band so im guessing that is a big part of my problem here but along with my heart burn that has come a lot earlier then the time i got it with nikita... i burp alot and when i do burp i throw up in the back of my throte !!!!!!! i know its gross !! but what can i do ! also while im blogging ill let u guys know... iv gained 9 kgs !!!!!!!!! in the past few days i gained 2 kgs to bring it to 9 kgs im soooooo worried i used to weigh like 110 kgs then i had the op and got down to 87kgs now im up to 96kgs i really hope i dont have to start all over again from the start with this weight loss... as long as i stay under 100 ill be ok... if i go over ill feel sooooooooo shit! anyways wait n see... i think im ganna go over to 100. im only 22 - 23 weeks.

i get heart burn to sometimes its so bad i feel sick. and dont worry about the weight just TRY to eat healthy, your gonna have cravings though so enjoy yourself and work hard after the baby, I hear breast feeding helps the weight come off faster.

Sorry about the heartburn I managed to not get it at all with my first pregnancy and so far this preg. I haven't had it either course im just at the halfway point now so we shall see.

not sure what a lap band is but i am addicted to chocolate milk because of heart burn

maybe im just stressing over nothing... its just one of them days u know! lol.
