22-9-2009 - I lost 70 lbs! happyMy mood while writing this blog:

When I was pregnant I gained 55 lbs. I delivered at 255, now almost 1 year later I am 182. So after loosing 70lbs I realize:

1. I now have visable knee caps
2. I no longer need to worry about my double/triple chins showing in photos
3. My ankles are ankles and no longer cankles!
4. My thighs no longer cause forest fires when I run
5. My arms have enough lose skin that if I flap them I could fly south for winter
6. I can walk 2 miles and not die
7. I am no longer in an XL and now can wear btwn a M and L depending on the cut ( still have large boobs 38D)
8. I am proud of my self and my new size! I may not be a skinny stick of a mommy But I am damn proud of how I look now!

I weighed 230 when I got pregnant. Day of surgery ( csection ) I weighed 287. Now I weigh 259, and in so much pain and cant walk much.. Please give me the shedule you used, and it took a year? how much did you loose total? and please email it PatsyBranch@aol.com... I'm no uncomfortable

No specific plan I did do the EA active game, 30 day shed video and Biggest loser videos. I also tried to go places to walk like zoo, gardens etc. But mainly I ate 1800 calories or less
