| 03-11-2009 - Ghetto |  My mood while writing this blog:ok |
I went to the doctor yesterday to confirm the pregnancy. I was expecting a blood test (that's what happened with my first pregnancy,) but they did a urine test instead. Weird! After it came back positive, the nurse gave me a prescription for prenatal vitamins and sent me off to checkout. With my first pregnancy, I was given a bag of prenatal vitamin samples. Ever since we moved from a "big town" to a little one, I've thought the doctor's office was a little ghetto. Maybe this is how most OB offices are, and I was spoiled by my first experience. Ah well...my first official OB appointment is next Monday. Maybe they'll schedule me for an ultrasound...? Who knows!
Oh, and no one knows but my husband and me. We'll tell our families over Thanksgiving. Fun!
