Hi ladies!

Thought I would update you all following my first Reflexology appointment.

I have been reading a LOT on the internet on how reflexology can help with de-stressing and with TTC.

I have to say my first thoughts about it are very positive. They lady I went to see was so lovely and very professional. She explained how reflexology can help but didn't try and sell it like it was a miracle cure.

Honestly having had the treatment I feel so relaxed a calm and really positive about the whole thing. When she started massaging the area where my right ovary is it REALLY hurt. I could actually feel like my skin was popping under her touch. When she massaged the area on my foot which covers my uterus I was also in pain, she said straight away that this obviously showed that this area needs more attention. She did say as well though not to worry if an area like my ear hurt because it doesn't always mean that something is 'wrong' as such as it could be because of the toxin's settling in my feet.

Also the area where my stomach corresponds was sore (and ached for the rest of the day) and I suffer with IBS and so knew it must be related to that. I have booked another appintment and will review it after 4 sessions and see what is going on and how I feel about it.

So anyway, who knows if it will work 100% but if I chilled out and it can help to balance my hormones then I'll be one step ahead. As it stands I am CD 64 or 65 (to be honest I'm kinda loosing count now!!) and still no AF and not pregnant!

I have my doctors appointment next week and hopefully I'll get referred for a scan.
