| 15-9-2009 - Month 8 TTC | My mood while writing this blog:excited and anxious |
Good Morning everyone!
Well I am really excited today as I have started AF properly now! She is PINK in colour and every time I go to the toilet!! YAY!! Also I have a bit of an upset stomach which normally happens around the time of AF!! I am SO excited! Whooooooo hooooooo!
I went to the doctors yesterday and saw a different one from before. She said that just because I have been trying for a year (I lied slightly) I would not automatically be referred because I was still young. She said that it might not even be worth having DBF checked. To be honest I was a little annoyed, she was asking how long we'd been together and how long we'd been trying and saying that it was too much stress to go through fertility treatement and it might happen naturally. I said normally I wouldn't go to the doctors until a year and a half of TTC at least but I did point out that the only reason I really went to see her was because i haven't had AF since 25th JUNE!!!!!!!!! and that I have no worked out that my first cycle was actually 114 days! (Apparently I wasn't allowed to count spotting as AF). Geeze I mean she's the one with the medical degree! Also isn't it my desision if I want to put myself through all that stress for a baby and not hers?? Regardless of my age?? So I didn't get referred BUT she said she would send me for an ultra scan to see if I have PCOS. Once I have an appointment for the scan it only takes two weeks for the results to come back. So hopefully 5-6 weeks in total which seems like ages but I'm sure it'll come round quick enough. I told my Mum that next time she is coming with me because I'm not very forceful and she is!
I have another refloxolgy appointment on Friday and I cannot wait. I really think it is helping with my stress levels and that with the Agnus Cactus I've been taking has helped my AF arrive sooner.
Anyway take care everyone, lots of love xxx
