20-10-2008 - husband grandmother/4D ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: sad & happy

friday night my husband grandmother passed away. We were out of town and we rushed to get back before they took her out of the hospital room. My hubby wont really talk that much about it, i know he's upset, but hey he's guy and he's not showing to much emotion. All the great grandkids are taking it little hard, 2 of them are to young to really know. She isn't suffering anymore and that is the best thing. Rodney son is taking it hard, he's nine and he is the oldest of the great grandkids. We didnt make him go to the veiwng sat night, but he went to the funeral. I took him home before they put her in the ground b/c he was wanting to leave. It was sad day yesterday. Hubby did finally cry when the preacher was talking about her....

On a good note, i get my 4D ultrasound done today and I talked hubby mother into coming. Maybe it'll make her feel little better after just losing her mom. I also talked hubby into getting his son outta school early so he can come.
