If you are not physically sick, then you should be right. but if you're panicking too much, just ring your doctor. :)
You should be fine - I had food poisoning at about 24 weeks and bub and I were ok. It's so hard to keep an eye on everything you eat. You might have really good digestive system and it won't bother you! lol.

I eat some beef and after I eat half i discovered that it was a little undercooked near the bone now i am worried
