17-7-2008 - Ultrasound & HSG

My mood while writing this blog: not sure

Had an ultrasound done on my uterus and ovaries today. The tech lady counted 12 cysts on one ovary and 18 on the other. Sounds like a lot to me. I don't think there are suppose to be that many. Maybe its PCOS, I don't know. I also had and HSG done where they checked my fallopian tubes to see if there was any blockage. The good news is that they are clear! So at least I have something going for me. I won't know what any of this means until I see her next month. So until then I'll just keep pondering...

You finally have some answers! Sorry to hear about the cysts. I've heard that they are not uncommon though so now you just need to get rid of them. Do they know if the cysts are what was preventing you from ovulating? That is great you have no tube blockages!! Don't worry, you'll be on to baby making very soon :)

Awww hun, Sorry to hear about the cysts but at least you know about it and they can fix the problem now. Hopefully your AF will get her behind back to making monthly visits and you can get to baby-makin!! I wish you lots of luck !! keep us posted!!
