Well, it's been a rough week here. Received bad news that my insurance doesn't include maternity care! Only high risk/complications to pregnancy. Omg, I flipped! Since I am a high risk pregnancy I was able to sort things out with my doctor but I received a $1,400 lab bill! So, it's been phone calls to billing offices, my doctor's office, insurance office, etc. wheew! But, I will be changing insurance plans as of April 1st and everything will be covered then. Thank goodness! Well, onto better and more important news-

Thank goodness! Well, onto better and more important news-
I am 11 weeks and 1 day (according to my ovulation day) and I went to a free clinic today to receive an ultrasound. My baby was SO active! Jumping around, stretching his/her legs out. It was amazing! I was able to see he baby's hands, arms, legs, feet, ears, everything! My baby is measuring 11 weeks and 5 days (I am 11 weeks and 4 days according to my LMP) So, my baby is measuring perfectly and we finally announced our news to everyone! It seems so real now. We've been cautious this whole time and no we are out of the woods! I am amazed and totally ecstatic. Now I can't wait to find out the sex of our baby! I am guessing girl =]
