My mood while writing this blog: glad

Awhile back I wrote about permanent birth control! Well I am happy to report I have had a procedure called adiana just like the Essure procedure but just a different company and they put a piece of mesh the size of a piece of rice instead of a metal coil with the Essure deal! It all works the same in,... three months I go back to the Dr and they run a dye/xray to see if the tissue in my fallopian tubes grew on and around the rice sized mesh! If so Im good to go! If not, the sucky part is I have to wait 3 more months! My Dr is pretty confident 9 times out of 10 everyhting is good by 3 months! The procedure literally took 30 minutes, I wasn't completely put out just a local, but I do not remember a thing! I went home a tad groggy but no pain just slight bleeding!I feel good about my decision although it is a tad sad knowing I will never be pregnant again but I am also sooo releived I just did it and have no regrets! In fact I was just reading a few minutes ago about the procedure( I already did my research before lol) but came to realize if infact my husband(or god forbid if anything happened to my husband) or someone else in my life feel desperate enough or regret the decision we have made,there is always IVF!But ofcourse that is not even my plan, I guess just good to know there is something! Anyway, I have 4 beautiful, happy, healthy kids life is great and just glad to move on and raise the kiddos without the worry of preg! My baby Carrigan is such a blessing! She is a wonderful baby, happy as can be!She is rarely fussy! I love her greatly!I will put up a new photo in a minute with her happy face! I do not get on here much anymore but would still like to stay on just to keep up with all my IAP friends, good luck to all and with your future preg if any!!

Well hello stranger! I'm glad to know your proceedure went well. I never heard of Adina before. It may be worth checkin out :-) Take care kiss the baby for me and have lots of fun with hubby without the worry ;-)
