I mean, really. I'm not a whiny person. But I guess I have been using this as my outlet to be whiny so I am not that way in person. So, to all of you who I don't talk to on a regular basis and only really get to read my ramblings of complaints... I'm sorry.
And, of course, I'm sure you can guess what this is going to be about. Again. Baby.
I'm just starting to feel like I'm getting pushed out further and further from most people I know because they either have little babies, or are pregnant. And I'm talking in ALL aspects of my life! Family, friends, even people on the internet! EVERYONE has a baby but me and everyone is always talking about it. And it kinda has me feeling a little left out because I have no input whatsoever.
Side note: To all my dear friends on this site, DO NOT take offense to this. I really like hearing about how your babies are doing. :)
I just feel bad because I have NO advice. I can't even relate at this point because some of those little newborn things that Anna did, I don't remember.
So everyone in my life is talking about pregnancy and babies. And I probably wouldn't be phased by this at all, if I didn't want a baby so damned much.
Okay. I'm done now. :)

Ya know I actually felt the same way after I got married! I was the first of our group of close friends to get married, and so now for the past 4 years all I've heard about is everyone else's weddings. And while I absolutely LOVE weddings and everything about them, it feels like so long ago for me now that I can't give any input cause things have already changed so much since I was doing my planning! Anyways, I'm sure I'll end up in the same boat as you with the baby thing too cause again now I'm the first of our friends to have a baby, so by the time they have theirs my little guy will be like 3 or 4, which is about when I'd like to try for another one, but still second time around is always different!
Oh yea, don't worry about the venting.....that is totally what I use this website for! I try to always vent here instead of to my hubby, cause he has to put up with enough with me being almost 40 weeks pregnant now! haha

You have just stated exactly how I am feeling as well! All of my friends either just had a baby or are pregnant right now. My best friend who's little girl is only seven weeks older than my dd told me 3 weeks ago that she is expecting again. We started trying at the same time (without knowing it) and really want to be on Mat leave together again like we were with our DD's. Now I feel like the pressure is on and every month that I don't conceive is a month further away from her due date and less time we will have to be off together! Hope you get your wish soon about a baby! Our DD's are close in age so we can chat about them, and hopefully soon talk about our BFP's! The only positive is I feel so blessed to already have my DD. I have a friend who has no children yet and has been trying for a year. In the past three months she has had two miscarriages, so if I feel sad to not be PG, I can't imagine how she must feel as she has no little one to hold. My heart goes out to her and hope she has a sticky egg soon! She is amongst our circle of friends surrounded by babies and pregnancy.
