Wow! Thanks for such a large out-pour of love and congratulations!! I'm still in shock!! And confused that I got a positive so early... but who cares! A positive is a positive!! Someone had said that maybe it could be twins because then there would already be a lot of hcg in my body... or it is just an early positive. Either way... YAY!!
My doctor can't get me in until after the first of the year because of the holidays being so close so I guess he is taking time off, and of course the office is closed for Christmas day and New Years day. I was a little peeved at first but really, it isn't that far away. This isn't the same doctor I had the first time around. I'm going to deliver at a different hospital so I had to switch doctors. This new doctor is awesome and hard to even get into to see... but since I have had 4 friends see him, all with wonderful babies and beautiful outcomes (one even had to have an emergency c-section and my friend said he handled everything perfectly) I am SO EXCITED to get to go to him!!
Question: Did anyone else switch doctors after having baby #1?

loved my doctor stayed with him..even tough he was on vacation when I delivered baby #1 but he was there for baby #2 and sooooooooo AWESOME,,why switching?

I switched from a midwife with my first to a ob with this baby and hospitals too...good luck

Congrats, and I switched docs after having my first. I had to. My ex had gotten out of the military and we had different insurance. It worked out great nad i really loved my new doc. I would go back to him if i ever ahd the chance to have #3.

I kept my same doctor for all my births and if we ever had more kids I would go to him again. He knew my history and my fears because me and my oldest daughters lives where in his hands and he was able to save us BOTH I couldn't trust anyone else and he's AWESOME I love my doctor! Yay can't wait to see how your appointment goes :)
