No...not THAT big news! But I did have a consultation with an RE last week, and my husband and I decided that we are going to try another cycle of Clomid, this time with ultrasound monitoring and an IUI. Plus I got my period today, so this cycle is on! The fertility clinic is over an hour from my house, so it will be quite a lot of traveling and taking off work, with all of the testing and stuff. I'm a little nervous about that, but also really excited! I can only take Clomid one or two more times (I knew you couldnt take it forever, but I didn't know that there was an absolute max of 11 lifetime cycles of Clomid. I've already taken it 7 times, so I'm close to that limit), so hopefully this will work out. If not, it's probably on to injectables, which are way more expensive and require ultrasounds every 2-3 days.
