It' totally normal! My son would do it when nursing and my daughter does it frequently. The pediatrician said it was like when your falling asleep and feel like your falling and you wake up, it's similar sensation to them. It is definately scary though but totally normal.

I need some Advice help Ladies, my son take's a nap and than sometime's wake's up shaking and almost like he's trying to cry but cant i feel so bad for him.........Has anyone experienced this?
