Ladies,
I can't even believe I'm about to tell you what I'm about to tell you. I had my first u/s today and I had mentally prepared myself for a report of a sac without a developing baby - reason for my fear was I was probably sick for about 2 weeks with this pregnancy and with my son I was ill the entire first trimester. I was not at all prepared for TWINS! I am a twin-less twin myself - meaning that I had an identical twin who was still born. I always believed "twins skip a generation" - errr no they don't. I asked early on if I was a candidate for twins and was told no my HCG count was too low, but today there were two healthy, active little buggers swimming around. So if all goes well we will have one 18 month old and brand new twins - please keep us in your prayers!
