10-3-2009 - potentially have a J O B.... hoping....My mood while writing this blog:

I had a relative call me today and ask if I would be interested in watching her son!!

I was thrilled, because I have been contemplating going back to work!

If I got an actual "job job", I would bring home around 50 or 60 bucks per week, after paying daycare, and gas to get them there... plus getting up extra early to get them both ready... then having to miss when they are sick.... ! She said if I watched him, she would pay me $70 per week! That sure beats having to get up & get ready every morning, and having someone else pretty much raise my kids!

PLUS... he is just a little older than Gavin, and they LOVE playing together!!!

I told her that Gavin goes to daycare on Tuedays & Thursdays (not b/c I need someone to watch him, but just for the interaction & social skills)!

She said that's fine! She's going to run it past him tonight, and see if he acts like he wants to, or if he would rather continue going to the daycare he goes to now!

If he wants to, she is going to take him out of daycare for a week, and I'm going to do a "trial-run", and see how he likes it, before she takes him out of daycare, and loses his spot!

I'm just crossing my fingers! That would work out PERFECTLY for me!
