Well we are in week 22 and I am starting to feel tired. I made it through my entire first trimester with no morning sickness....well except for the first three or four days after we found out-I would wake up at 4am and just felt like I was run over by a truck but it went away after about two hours.

Well we are in week 22 and I am starting to feel tired. I made it through my entire first trimester with no morning sickness....well except for the first three or four days after we found out-I would wake up at 4am and just felt like I was run over by a truck but it went away after about two hours.
We have decided not to find out the sex of the baby so that it is a total surprise. We feel that there aren't many true surprises left in this world. We had been trying for almost a year when we finally found out we were pregnant...it was such a blessing.
We have chosen names for the baby:
James Gavin
Elle Rene
Surprisingly choosing names was very easy for us. We wanted to make sure we chose the names before my husband deployed...I think it took maybe an hour, two tops. I wanted the first name to be after my husband, but we would call him by his middle name and my husband wanted to use my middle name as the girl's middle name, so that definitely helped in the choosing.
Even though my husband is away I keep him as involved as I possibly can. I send him videos of the doctor's visits and the heartbeat so he can hear it too. Also before I buy anything I send him pictures or links so that he can choose to. I feel that just because he is away it doesn't mean that he can't be involved. We both want this baby and are so happy that it has finally happened for us.
At my next appointment I have to talk to the doctor about inducing me because my husband will be home for the birth, but is only allowed 18 days so we want to make sure he gets time with the baby before he goes back. The baby is due August 5th.
At times it seems so far away but I know that the time will definitely come up on us pretty fast, so I want to make sure I am totally prepared.....or at least as prepared as we possibly can be.
