hello!!

So for all of u that gave me advice about the whole thing with me moving to florida and being worried about gettin n trouble for takin me son to a different state, I talked 2 a laywer!

On 9news they had this number flashing at the bottom of the screen that laywers were taking calls from people with questions so i called! I asked if I would get in trouble for taking my son out of state and they said as long as ABSOLUTLY NOTHING has been filed regarding child custody in CO then I was aloud to take him. She also said even if paternity is established I still can't get in trouble for taking him. The only time I will have to come back is if he were to ever file for custody but I would judt have to come back for court until everything was settled. And he is denying him right now so I doubt that will ever happen plus he is just to lazy and doesnt have the money to do any of that!
