| 18-1-2009 - What a whirlwind.... | My mood while writing this blog:Knackered!!!!! |
Well, it happened like this..........we went to go swimming with our little boy last Sunday (11th) and on the way we went to look at some houses, my in-laws had seen them advertised and as our house is up for sale, but we're having no luck selling they thought it would be a good idea to have a look (The developers do a part exchange deal you see). So, we rocked on up to this development in Brierley Hill to have a look..........it was beautiful. Ohmygod, our dream home, 4 bedrooms, double garage, 2 bathrooms and a garden (we have 2 bedrooms now, 1 bathroom, no garden and not 1 garage!). Because the housing market has slumped over here really badly, they'd knocked a load of money off the house - so we decided to try and buy it!!!!!!!!
It's been a CRAZY week, with things looking all off one minute and then on the next! We've finally come to a sort of deal, but it's got to be cleared by the company chairman tomorrow, if it gets the go ahead we can look at mortgages etc, etc. We've got an appointment to see Phillipa, our gorgeous, wonderful mortgage broker tomorrow night - she can work miracles and is such a lovely lady :-) I know it's going to be a really late night :-(
I'm soooooooooooo tired that I keep forgetting I'm pregnant! I just want this so badly, as it would be such a fabulous environment to bring our children up in - and room for me to have my 3 as dreamed! The schools are good round there too and its close to where myself and my husband work! Please cross your fingers for me ladies :-)
It's been a big week for Ash too, he had cut his first tooth! His bottom left one, and now the bottom right is peeking through the gum too - we're going to give it another week for it to come through better and then we're going to start cleaning them for him. Bless. We've been told just to wipe them with a rag initially - what do you ladies think? When would you start cleaning? Immediately, or give them chance to establish first - Ash doesn't have a lot of suger in his diet.
I've also had my due date brought forward to the 6th August, due to my cycle being short and Tiny Eric being delivered by C-section. I have my first scan on 10th Feb - we're going to have to take Ash with us, so that will be nice for him to see his brother/sister first hand!
Well, I'm off to bed, will sleep like a log tonight! Sweet dreams ladies!!!!! XXXXXXXX
