20-7-2008 - Oh so many BH contractions...:(

My mood while writing this blog:
Worn out!

After feeling so crappy the other day I was surprised at how great I felt yesterday morning. So We decided to pack up all 3 kids and take them to the Parkway for a walk. We only planned on walking a couple miles (which I am used to) but we took a different route and ended up walking almost 5 miles. About 45 minutes before the walk was over I started getting BH contractions. (I am used to them so I wasn't that surprised) by the time I got in the car however I had had SO many. (It was about 3:30 at the time) They bacame REALLY close together and were about 2-5 minutes apart. It was so painful too. Shawn wanted to take me in but I wanted to wait and see how I felt because I just knew it wasn't time yet. I took a tylenol PM and started to feel drowsy. My back started to hurt again and I just sat there and cried chugging water and trying to decide whether or not to go in. Shawn was begging me to go and I told him that if they don't slow about 11 pm we'll go cuz I need sleep. They gradually started to become less frequent and my about 1 am they were about 16-20 minutes apart and I was finally able to get some sleep. This morning I hurt but my body worked hard yesterday. lol. I have had several today but NOTHING like yesterday...stupid BHC'S!!! LOL! Well I guess I know my limits in this pregnancy now and Shawn won't let me walk at all anymore. Well maybe we'll try it in about a month when I am 38 weeks and see if we can get the REAL contractions instead of BHc'S! :)
