Congratulations!!!! Good job with the name as well. We named our boys after their Grandfather's as well.

congrats!!! u/s tech was probably just trying to get a good angle. fortunately you got one that knew what they were doing is all. Good news is, Alex will be done with his baby clothes right as you can use them... so just keep that in mind if you'd like..

yay congrats! it is def the year of boys, everyone i know is having one, guess its the cool new trend :) take care and hope all is going well, almost half way there. i cant remember at that point where i measured but dont go by what this website says on week-by-week ive always been way higher up than what it says!

Aww, congrats on finding out. My next appt will be when I'm 17 weeks and their scheduling my ultrasound then, I can't wait. I hope I get to find out the gender. Maybe she was up so high to get at a good angle to see the baby. At 17 weeks your baby isn't up that high, I think if you were further along the tech would have mentioned it. Good Luck :)

Boy
I am so ecited now i will have one of each girl and boy.
The tech had me slay on my side cause he was right under my belly button. When he opened up his leg is what so obvious it was a BOY
question is: i'm 17 wks 2 days and the lady was doing the u/s above my belly button almost under my rib cage would that mean i'm farther along or a big baby...
