27-6-2008 - Almost week 10!

My mood while writing this blog: Sick

So I'm almost at week 10. Its going by so fast!! I have another ultrasound scheduled for the 2nd of July. I'll be exactly 10 weeks then. It sounds just crazy that in a few more weeks I'll be out of the 1st trimester.. yay!!
I'm hitting the peak of morning sickness. Its kind of dimmed as far as the frequency of the sickness. but when I do feel like I'm getting sick, it hits me full force!

Yesterday I had some type of stomach bug, I couldnt keep anything down. I had a fever, body aches, and sore throat. NOT a fun time when you already feel like you need to throw up every hour!

I've talked to a few people that are older than me and everyone seems to think that boys cause you more morning sickness ( or any time during the day sickness) than girls do. My daughter didnt cause me any sickness, so I'm curious if this little jelly bean is a boy! How different would it be to buy blue stuff instead of pink! We would be so excited either way.

Has anyone had any "old wife's tale's" that were true..

One I know is mostly true is the heart burn.. meaning your child will have lot's of hair. I had EXTREME heart burn with my daughter, and she had so much hair!!
