| 25-6-2009 - 14 week DR appointment | My mood while writing this blog:Happy and Tired!!! |
Hi everyone! So I had my 14 week Doctor appointment on tuesday, all went really well! I have gained 2 pounds!! So almost to my pre-pregnancy weight before I had Ryder, just 4 more pounds to go!
We got to hear the heartbeat again, it was 163bpm!! It is starting to seem more real now! And I am starting to relax a bit more!
I have my ultrasound in 5 days and I am a little nervous about it! I really hope they can find out the sex of the baby!! I will be around 14/15 weeks then! So I know there is a possibility that we will not be able to find out the sex! But my doctor told me that here in Canada they will not do ultrasounds closer than 2 months together unless there is a problem.
SO.... that means if I cannot find out the sex of this baby at the ultrasound I will have to wait until I am atleast 25 weeks to find out the sex of the baby!!! That is just too cruel!!
On another super exciting note, I have a Havanese female dog named Daisy who is 2 years old. We bred her at the start of May to another super cute Havanese male!
I am more nervous about her birth than I am my own, because she is a small breed dog, they can end up having a c-section, and tend to have 'stuck puppies'. So I am nervous, and I hope she can deliver them all with no problems!
So I took her to the vet today to get her an Xray to see how many puppies are in there, to make the delivery easier for me if I know whether there are more in there or not! And she has 5 puppies!! I couldnt believe it! I thought maybe 2-3 and if I was lucky 4! So when I saw the xray and saw 5 I was shocked! Hopefully it will make the delivery easier because they wont be super big as if there were only 2-3 they would be larger!
She is due the very beginning of July, I will update you all when she has them!
Also, our house that we are building is slowely coming along the outside is almost done, just have the rock work to do now! And inside we are almost ready to start the painting, then the flooring after the first coat!
So hopefully not too much longer til we can move in!
Well I had better go, Ryder has just gone to sleep, and I am about to take a nap too...
