11-6-2010 - ♥ Home Depot ♥

My mood while writing this blog: Better

♥ Guess what I did?? LoL. I went to my doctor's appointment today to hear LO's heartbeat. Heartbeat is 145. Unfortunately I've lost 5lbs. My doctor was like ARE YOU EATING ? I said uh yeah but not doing much on the keeping it down part. I gotta go pick up my new nausea prescription this weekend....ANYWAYS....After all went fine, my husband wanted to take me to Olive Garden. Only they didn't open for another 30minutes. So we killed time in Home Depot. I really haven't gotten out much since getting out for summer vacation. I think today was my 3rd time in 2wks. While walking around I started feeling nauseous. I guess the half of a pop tart I ate earlier wasn't cutting it. I went to the bathroom and got a little sick. Found my husband and we started walking around again...Then I felt REAAAALLY bad. I finally couldn't do it anymore and told him " I'm gonna go sit in the car and wait". I never made it outside. I got a few more feet in front of him and told him I really didn't feel good. Then I reached for the chair that was in the entrance way of the store, to kind of lean on it. I remember the Greeter asking "Ma'am? Are you okay ? " And then I opened my eyes and I'm on my back, sweating, my husband is stroking my hair asking if I'm okay, and there's store employees all in my face. I had passed out. Someone called 911 but we canceled it. After a few moments I was fine enough to get up on my own and was helped to the car. My husband took me to the ER. It was right down the road. We'd make it there faster and it would be cheaper. The doc said I was fine, stats were okay. I was upset they didn't do an ultrasound but they said baby was okay. They think I was just over dehydrated. So they pumped me with some fluids and sent me home. After relaxing for a while, we went to Olive Garden. I ate a lil bit but did not push it. Scary moment. I swear. I felt more embarrassed/stupid than anything while at Home Depot. lol. But everyone there was sooooo nice. ♥

I did the same thing last year at Walmart & they were def. right about drinking more water & feeling better.. I usually drink something with electrolites before i go out (gatorade or something)

oh my goodness!! how scary that must have been for you and your hubby! glad everything's okay. I know how you feel with the morning sickness in the second trimest er, suck eh? shouldnt this have all passed?! LOL!

Oh hun how scary!!! I am glad you are feeling better now! Just think of all the conversations you are part of tonight lol...probably the most excitement those employees have had all year hahaha! Take it easy and be good to yourself :)
