What a relief! I think hearing those results just make it easier for us to relax and enjoy our pregnancy more. Good news!

I'm so happy for you! Even though your sure everything will be fine, you always want to hear it! Wonderful! I had mine a whole week before you and have to wait till my next visit on the 30th for my results.

I wasn't expecting them so quickly but the lab called today with the results from our first trimester screening we had last Thursday morning! She was extremely pleasant and told me first that she was calling with great results!
Our chances of Down Syndrome as of now are 1 in 1800!
Our chances of Trisomy 18 as of now are 1 in 10,000!
Both are great numbers according to the tech I spoke with and I feel pretty good about it! His grandmother had 1 child with Down Syndrome so we weren't sure what to expect from that test. Obviously we have to go back in about 3 weeks for more blood work to determine our final risk numbers... but so far so good!
